Hares' Nest Decor Rules

  1. Non-refundable Deposit for Reserved/Ordered Items:
    For items that are either reserved from current stock or specially ordered from abroad upon a client's request, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total item(s) value is required.

    If the ordered items are not collected by the client, the deposit will not be refunded, nor can it be transferred to other items.

    Unclaimed Orders & Deposit Policy

    If a client places an order and fails to collect the product within three (3) days of being contacted, the product will be placed back on sale. In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable.

  2. Please ensure you check all items before leaving the shop or immediately upon delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the items are purchased.
  3. Gift Items Exchange Policy:
    Items purchased as gifts will be provided with a gift receipt and may only be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date. After this period, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  4. Credit Notes and Vouchers:
    Credit notes and vouchers are valid for 1 months from the date of issue. They may be extended at the discretion of the brand owner through re-issuance of the credit note/voucher.
  5. Delivery Fee Policy

    For orders under €35, a €7 delivery fee will be applied.

  6. Gift Voucher Policy
    Gift vouchers cannot be used on discounted or sale items.
